Grade 7 £27,803 - £31,364 (Full time, Whole Year Equivalent)

37 hours, Term time plus 2 weeks

Who are we looking for?

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Office Support Manager to join our academy on a permanent basis. The Office Support Manager will report to the Headteacher and the academy senior leadership team. The job will entail contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also need to possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing nature. ­

The requirements of the Office Support Manger include:

  • Being highly organised and able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

  • Well-developed secretarial and communication skills are essential as this role involves a variety of managerial and administration tasks, including reception duties.

  • Knowledge of HR processes.

  • Complete discretion and confidentiality.

  • General duties in assisting and supporting staff, parents and pupils.
