Moat Hall Primary Academy is an exciting, dynamic place to work, nestled in the heart of Great Wyrley.  We are a school that strives to deliver excellence in care and education to each child we have in our school.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experience SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs.  The ideal candidate will have experience in improving outcomes for children and the ability to be flexible in meeting their needs.  In addition, they should be able to demonstrate effective ways of working with pupils to enable them to succeed, access the curriculum and consistently increase their enthusiasm for learning.  They will be joining a dynamic, proactive and nurturing team.  In addition to these qualities our new team member will be required to:

• Can help create a warm, caring and unique environment for our children.

• Fully embrace our inclusive ethos.

• Help ensure the well-being, health and safety of all our children at all times.

• To support and nurture relationships with these specific children, families, colleagues and external professionals with whom you have contact.
